How do I change my information if I have already registered?
Anyone is capable of adjusting their info by going to the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen and selecting Edit Registration Info.
How do I use my Chat function as an attendee?
Enter into a booth of choice, click on CHAT WITH US. The booth rep will be notified and they will respond to you once they get to you in order of chats received. You will notice a chat pop up in your lower right corner of screen.
Do I have to register for each webinar separately?
Yes, you will then get a notification email for every webinar you register to and then have access to those webinar recordings.
How does the business card exchange work?
You can upload images or .pdf files of a business card or flier right on the Business Card Exchange page in the show or visit it directly at: http://thesmallbusinessexpo.com/exchange/ All images/pdf's will be available all-year-round on our website!
